All levels of our company are being trained in basic competency of Six Sigma. All staff are trained to basic proficiency in white belt course, with levels of manager managers obtaining both green and yellow belts, assisted by dedicated black belts.
By using this time-tested strategy to tackle problems in need of direct improvement, we can ensure we are holding ourselves to our commitment to getting better.
The fundamental objective of the Six Sigma methodology is the implementation of a measurement-based strategy that focuses on process improvement and variation reduction through the application of Six Sigma improvement projects.
Some of the projects we have put Six Sigma to work on are:
- Record keeping
- Marriage of compliance and entry team
- Data turnbacks
Six Sigma at many organizations simply means a measure of quality that strives for near perfection. It can be called “Six Sigma,” or it may have a generic or customized name for the organization like “Operational Excellence,” “Zero Defects,” or “Customer Perfection.”
We quantify our success by looking at our whole company methodology as our body of processes, Six Sigma being the brain which results in:
- Waste Reduction
- Fewer errors to fix for greater productivity
- Boosting subject matter proficiency
Sincerely,
James Rodgers CEO
