James Rodgers
Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Rodgers has served as CEO of J.M. Rodgers Co., Inc. since 2001, proudly continuing the legacy his grandparents began when they founded the company in 1952. After joining the family business in 1994, Jamie worked closely with his father, Brian Rodgers, and uncle, Alan Rodgers, gaining hands-on experience across every department. At just 30 years old, he was elected CEO by the board of directors. Since then, he has led J.M. Rodgers’ transformation into one of the nation’s premier providers of customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and duty drawback services, serving a broad client base that includes numerous Fortune 500 companies.
A graduate of Wittenberg College, Jamie began his professional career as a Business Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet before returning to help guide and grow the company his family built. Today, he is a respected voice in the logistics and transportation industry, known for his advocacy of modernized laws and regulatory improvements around duty drawback. His leadership is grounded in the core values of hard work, optimism, and a relentless focus on the customer experience.
Beyond the business, Jamie is a dedicated philanthropist and active community leader. For more than two decades, he has committed his time and energy to charitable causes and currently serves on the boards of eight nonprofit organizations, including:
