With over a decade of digital marketing leadership, Jon Sabel brings deep expertise in search strategy, brand development, and data-driven campaign execution to his role as Director of Marketing at J.M. Rodgers Co. Since joining the company in 2021, he has led efforts to modernize marketing operations, enhance client engagement, and amplify the brand’s voice across both digital and traditional channels.

Prior to joining JMR, Jon served as Director of Search Marketing at Terminus Agency, where he developed and executed full-funnel strategies for small and mid-sized businesses. His work spanned SEO, content strategy, PPC and paid social, analytics, and influencer partnerships, all designed to drive measurable growth.

Earlier in his career, Jon sharpened his skills in SEO analytics, web and graphic design, and social media management. His diverse background also includes leadership roles in hospitality and operations, along with service as a U.S. Navy Operations Specialist, with deployments supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism.

A passionate community advocate, Jon serves on the advisory boards of the Mountain Lakes and HERD Alumni Foundations, and sits on the boards of his lake community and sons’ youth lacrosse program, where he also volunteers as a coach. Whether guiding strategic planning or mentoring young professionals, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit and people-first mindset to every endeavor.
