With a strong foundation in Information Technology and a deep understanding of international trade, Diego has been instrumental in driving innovation at J.M. Rodgers. He has led the development of custom-built, tech-forward solutions that streamline complex compliance processes and enhance the client experience. His leadership blends technical precision with a passion for continuous improvement; a combination that has helped position J.M. Diego holds an Accounting degree and a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College. A longtime expert in Microsoft technologies, he remains active in IT development, applying his expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure, and automation to support the company’s evolving digital capabilities and long-term growth.
