2020 has been a difficult year for many, and so it has remained paramount for us at J.M. Rodgers to ensure we give back as much as possible. Last year marked the largest amount of both monetary and time donations in the history of the company, but this year we have increased both of those considerably.
Through this year, we made a commitment to continue to volunteer our time. In 2019, employees volunteered a little over 200 days. This year, with the need being critical, J.M. Rodgers’ employees stepped up and all told volunteered 445 days through 2020, more than doubling their time from the year prior. Working to build homes, doing food drives, working at community pantries, and more led to a record-breaking year of volunteering at J.M. Rodgers.
J.M. Rodgers increased our charitable giving as well, providing increased donations to the long list of groups we contribute to as well as expanding the list. This year, J.M. Rodgers was proud to contribute to:
