That same discipline proved critical during the COVID-19 pandemic, when JMR transitioned seamlessly to remote operations without service disruption.
Today, JMR employees are fully work-from-home ready. Secure VPN access, cloud-based systems, and controlled authentication protocols allow our teams to operate effectively from any location while maintaining data security and compliance. Our strategy is further reinforced by durable infrastructure and redundant capabilities, including our highly prepared Sparta, New Jersey facility, often referred to internally as our “bunker.” Located away from coastal flood zones yet within close proximity to U.S. Customs in Newark, this site is equipped with dual generators, secure network access, and turnkey workstations that allow operations to resume within hours if other offices are impacted.
